Stable Cell Lines

We can provide stable cell line production services with genetic modifications based on your experimental needs. Lentivirus transduction is employed to introduce the desired foreign DNA into the target cells of choice for gene overexpression (ORF) or knock down (shRNA). Following standard drug selection, stable cells are sub-cultured and verified by qPCR for the successful modulation of the expression of your gene of interest. Conditional stable cell lines are also tested for their response to Cre, 4-Hydroxytamoxifen, or Doxycycline. We deliver functional stable cell lines mycoplasma-free.
